J. Mike Stice, was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Chesapeake Midstream Partners, LLC, a joint venture company owned 50/50 by the Company and Global Infrastructure Partners, a New York-based private equity fund focused on infrastructure investing, in September 2009 and has served as Senior Vice President—Natural Gas Projects of the Company and President and Chief Operating Officer of Chesapeake Midstream Development, L.P. a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, since November 2008. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Stice spent 27 years with ConocoPhillips and its predecessor companies, where he most recently served as President of ConocoPhillips Qatar, responsible for the development, management and construction of natural gas liquefaction and regasification (LNG) projects. While at ConocoPhillips, he also served as Vice President of Global Gas LNG, as President of Gas and Power and as President of Energy Solutions in addition to other roles in ConocoPhillips’ midstream business units. Mr. Stice graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1981 and from Stanford University in 1995.
