Steven C. Dixon has been Executive Vice President - Operations and Chief Operating Officer since February 2006. Mr. Dixon was Senior Vice President - Production from 1995 to February 2006 and served as Vice President - Exploration from 1991 to 1995. Mr. Dixon was a self-employed geological consultant in Wichita, Kansas, from 1983 through 1990. He was employed by Beren Corporation in Wichita, Kansas, from 1980 to 1983 as a geologist. Mr. Dixon graduated from the University of Kansas in 1980.
