Thomas S. Price, Jr. has served as Senior Vice President - Corporate Development since April 2005. He was Senior Vice President - Investor and Government Relations from April 2003 to April 2005, Senior Vice President - Corporate Development from 2000 to 2003, Vice President - Corporate Development from 1992 to 2000 and a consultant to the company during the prior three years. He was employed by Kerr-McGee Corporation, Oklahoma City, from 1988 to 1989 and by Flag-Redfern Oil Company from 1984 to 1988. Mr. Price is on the executive committee of the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association and a board member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association. Mr. Price graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1983, from the University of Oklahoma in 1989 and from the American Graduate School of International Management in 1992.
