Jerry L. Winchester has been Chief Executive Officer of Chesapeake Oilfield Services since September 2011 and Senior Vice President – Oilfield Services of the Company since November 2011. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Winchester served as Vice President – Boots & Coots of Halliburton Company. From November 1998 to September 2010, Mr. Winchester was the President and CEO of Boots & Coots International Well Control, Inc. (NYSE:WEL), which was acquired by Halliburton in September 2010. Prior to joining Boots & Coots, Mr. Winchester spent 14 years with Halliburton where he served in a variety of management and operational roles. Mr. Winchester graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1983.
