We’re the second-largest producer of U.S. natural gas: We’re the second-largest U.S. natural gas producer and 11th largest U.S. liquids producer. We own an interest in approximately 46,100 producing natural gas and oil wells that are currently producing approximately 4.0 bcfe per day, net to our interest, 76% of which is natural gas.
We’re the most active driller of new wells in the U.S.: During first quarter 2013, we continued the industry’s most active drilling program utilizing an average of 83 operated rigs and an average of 45 non-operated rigs.
We’re positioned for top-tier growth: From 2002 through 2012, we increased our proved reserves at a 22% annualized rate to 15.7 tcfe (based on SEC pricing) and our average daily production at a 23% annualized rate to 3.9 bcfe per day for 2012.
We’re the largest U.S. unconventional gas resource player: We’ve built an industry-leading position of approximately 14 million net acres of U.S. onshore leasehold and 33 million acres of 3-D seismic data.
