Waiver of Non-disclosure Agreement

We do not sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) when reviewing investment opportunities due to the large number of business plans that we receive. Any information provided to Chesapeake NG Ventures will not be subject to any non-disclosure, confidentiality or other restrictions or obligations on the part of Chesapeake Energy Corporation or any of its affiliates.

Accordingly, we suggest that you do not submit to us any information that you feel may be confidential and whose confidentially may be compromised in this initial contact with Chesapeake NG Ventures. We also do not guarantee any confidentiality with regard to how you submit your business plan, regardless of how it is submitted. We do not return business plans or other materials submitted to us.
