They can also speak of the pride they feel in the work they do, the reputation of their companies and the tremendous camaraderie they experience with co-workers.
One-third of the score comes from the institute’s evaluation of each company's responses to the Culture Audit, which includes detailed questions about demographic makeup, pay and benefits programs and open-ended questions about the company's people-management philosophy, internal communications, opportunities, compensation practices, diversity programs and more.
