Submissions for November and December event sponsorships or holiday contributions must be submitted by Friday, October 18, 2013. Requests for end-of-year financials should be made by Friday, November 29, 2013.
Chesapeake’s donations support a variety of charitable organizations and projects that improve the quality of life and stimulate the economy in our operating areas. Please review the applications available and select the appropriate type to begin the process.
- Charitable Request – A request for cash to help fund a specific project or program for a charitable organization.
- Sponsorship – A request to sponsor an event or program that benefits a community initiative.
- In-kind – A request for Chesapeake’s surplus goods — computers, refurbished vehicles and bottled water.
- General Support – A request for cash to help further the mission of a charitable organization.
There are no submission deadlines. We review applications on an ongoing basis. However, once an application has been submitted, we ask that you allow at least six weeks to be notified of a decision.
