Compass Manufacturing, L.L.C. was formed to supply Chesapeake Energy with gas compressor packages and related production equipment. The company began fabrication activities in January 2008 with 150-horsepower three-stage compressor packages. Compass has increased the quantity, size and type of future equipment as required by Chesapeake’s aggressive drilling/completion program.
