We currently have the second-largest natural gas reserves in the world – and shale oil is rapidly emerging as a major source of homegrown energy. And as part of our plan to help the country attain energy independence, we will invest with other industry leaders to increase domestic oil and natural gas liquids production to 3–4 million barrels a day, through the continued exploration and drilling within America's enormous onshore shale resources.
