Chesapeake Energy Marketing, Inc. (CEMI) provides marketing services including commodity price structuring, contract administration and nomination services for Chesapeake and its partners. As of January 2008, CEMI operates 189 gathering systems in five states comprising more than 2,000 miles of pipeline.
